TC Telecoms were performing an update on the divert portal which meant no access for a few minutes prior to 9am. All should be resolved now.

Telecoms Faulty Inbound and Outbound Calls

FIXED – We are aware that a number of TCs have reported problems with conversations intermittently cutting out/crackling. This is also affecting calls in to Head Office. TC Telecoms and Network Admin are working closely together to resolve this issue.
