FIXED: Videohub Outage

Everyone should be able to access the Video Portal again now. The issue was related to the licensing that Microsoft cracked down upon meaning TC’s with this particular license couldn’t access the Videohub. The licenses have since been replaced which should mean all TC’s have restored access.
