Smartpoint Freezing

We have had some reports of Smartpoint intermittently freezing at random intervals. This is affecting teams at Venus and TCs too. There is a software work-a-around which needs to be implemented by the Technology Service Desk but this is not a permanent fix.

We have logged a call with Travelport to investigate this and we’ll provide an update as soon as one is available.

Issues with Accommodation search have been resolved, you can now search as normal.
